Steve and Colleen are both award winning, internationally recognized pastry chefs.  As pastry artists, our wedding cakes have been featured in Bride’s Magazine as well as Maria McBride’s “More Perfect Weddings”.  We were asked to compete in, and won first place in the Beaver Creek, Colorado  Wedding Cake Competition.  We offer the imagination, and artistry to create a beautiful cake as well as the professional pastry skills to deliver a great tasting desert.

Our work has been featured at a Presidential Inaugural, the White House, the Smithsonian's 150th Anniversary, and in print media as diverse as Food Arts, Flaunt, Business Week, Bride's, Gault-Millau, British Cake Decoration, Pasticceria Internazionale and Pastry Art & Design.
