Our decoration is created specifically for your cake and is crafted from chocolate or sugar.  Our decorations are entirely edible, but may also be saved as keepsakes.


We craft realistic or fanciful flowers and other creations using dark, white, or milk chocolate.  These dramatic chocolate Magnolias are a signature item.


Gumpaste is a very elastic sugar dough.  It can be rolled out paper thin to create very realistic and delicate flowers.  Gumpaste holds up well in heat and humidity and is a good choice for an outdoor reception.


Pastillage is a very versatile sugar dough that dries crisp and hard.  We frequently use pastillage to create exciting structural effects.   The heart cake topper and bell at left as well as the painted heart are all created using pastillage. 


We also work in pulled and blown sugar.  Poure, pulled and blown sugar decor can give your cake the elegance of blown art glass.  Pulled and blown sugar can be used to create bubbles and pearls, fanciful flowers, ribbons, and other shapes.  Sugar is very susceptible to humidity.
