Our creations range from traditional realism to impressionistic fantasy.  We intermingle the creative and visual fine arts with sugar, chocolate and cake to bring you an edible art piece.

All of our wedding cakes are designed specifically for you as an individual.   We typically meet with you to conduct a tasting and brainstorm design.   We work with you on all aspects of your cake: Design; Degustation; and Decor.  We create all our decorations by hand using sugar and chocolate.   Our decorations are colored using food safe color pastes and dusts.

It is also important to us that you have a fresh and delicious cake that you and your guests will enjoy.   We work with the finest fresh ingredients.
